General information

Vignettes, fueling, mileage, deposits and age limits.

Yes. Fill up at the fuel station and pay at the cashpoint — the specific fuel type for each car is shown on the tank door. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up. If the car comes back with less, a refueling fee applies.

Most rentals are unlimited mileage. Long-term rentals carry a mileage limit so we can keep up with scheduled servicing and maintenance.

A maximum of 25 000 CZK (~€1 000) is required. The exact amount depends on the car and the insurance plan you pick.

Yes — drivers must be at least 25 years old with a minimum of 1 year driving experience.

An ID card or passport, a valid Category B driving license, and a payment method (cash or card).

A free vignette for all tolled roads in the Czech Republic is included. For trips outside the Czech Republic, tolls and vignettes are the renter's responsibility. Please prepare in advance — fines incurred abroad are charged back to the renter.

  • Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Switzerland — vignette required
  • Germany — toll-free overall (eco-sticker needed in selected sections)
  • Italy, France, Croatia, Poland — selected sections are tolled

Reservation and Payment

How to book, payment methods, cancellations and modifications.

Reservations can be made online via the booking form, by email, or over the phone.

Confirmation is sent within a few minutes of receiving your request.

Yes — reservations can be changed, extended (subject to other dates and car availability), or cancelled. All changes must reach us at least 24 hours before the pick-up time.

If the late return rolls into another client's booking, you'll be charged the full amount for the days you used, plus the full amount for the affected client's booking.

No. The price you see at booking is the price you pay.

The renter is responsible for all fines incurred during the rental period.

We accept bank cards and cash (CZK or EUR). For businesses and corporates, bank transfer is also possible. Cash payments are settled with our official at the point of pickup — we do not collect through any third party or courier.

In most cases, no. Advance payment may be required for car delivery to another location, during peak seasons, or for long-term future reservations.

The refund is returned via the original payment method, typically within 2–5 business days.

Car pick and return

What to expect at pickup, return condition, inspections, and late-return fees.

Always washed and fully fueled. Just drive and go.

Same fuel level as at pick-up. No need to wash it, but please remove trash before returning.

Within 24 hours of return, we complete a final inspection. Your deposit is refunded immediately after confirmation.

We understand life happens. Here's the policy:

  • Up to 1 hour late — free buffer, no charge.
  • Up to 2 hours late — 30% of the daily rate.
  • More than 2 hours — full daily rate charged.

Show your documents, settle payment, sign the contract, and you're off. We strongly recommend taking photos and videos of the car before driving away.

At our office location — confirmed in your booking email or by phone. We can also deliver the car to your preferred location for a small fee.

Insurance

Coverage tiers and what to do in case of an accident.

Three tiers, per day:

  • Standard — 300 CZK · basic cosmetic damage and scratches.
  • Silver — 500 CZK · tyres, mirrors, and glass.
  • Gold — 800 CZK · complete coverage.

In the event of damage, the renter pays for what isn't covered by the selected option.

Don't panic. Call us right away, take photos and videos of the car, record the key incident details, and send everything to us. We'll guide you through the rest.

Add-ons and services

Optional extras like child seats, rental extensions, and driver services.

Yes — a child seat or booster is provided on demand, completely free of charge.

Yes — let us know at least 24 hours before the end of your rental. If an extension isn't possible because of overlapping bookings, we'll offer alternatives.

Yes — a driver can be arranged for your rental period. Please communicate this in advance; it's charged separately.

Overseas trips

Vignettes, eco-stickers, and Schengen / non-EU travel rules.

Yes within the EU and Schengen area. Tolls and vignettes outside the Czech Republic are the renter's responsibility. Plan ahead — fines incurred abroad are charged to you.

  • Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Switzerland — vignette required.
  • Germany — toll-free overall (eco-sticker needed in selected sections).
  • Italy, France, Croatia, Poland — selected sections are tolled.

An environmental sticker required to enter some German cities. Without it, you may be fined. Dresden, for example, doesn't require it. For trips into Germany, please confirm in advance which areas need the sticker.

Generally no — but exceptions can be made with written consent and an additional deposit.

Only with prior written consent. All travel costs in other countries are the renter's responsibility.
